Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LifePilot AI (the "Service") is operated by Life Pilot AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or using LifePilot AI you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the authority to enter this agreement.

3. The Service

LifePilot AI is a personal organization tool that stores items you add (bills, subscriptions, appointments, tasks) and generates AI-assisted summaries. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan, or attempt to breach security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service;
• use AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or to circumvent safety filters.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it. AI summaries are informational only and are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

Life Pilot AI owns the Service and all related software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment, subscriptions and tax

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.com. Stripe.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The payment, billing, subscription, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics that apply to your purchase are governed by Stripe's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, together with our own Refund Policy.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal accessible from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your data may be deleted after a short export window.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids exclusion.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life Pilot AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have where you live.
